We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Our transparent and fair Return Policy is designed to make the process of returning products easy and hassle-free. Here's everything you need to know about our return policy.

Time Frame for Returns

  • Defective Units: Customers have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return any defective units. This includes disposable and non-disposable vape products, which must have more than half of their content remaining in the pen to qualify for a return

  • Edibles: A return period of 3 days is provided for any edible products that do not meet quality standards.

Condition of Returns

  • Product must be returned in person at any Oasis Cannabis Co. retail location.

  • A valid receipt must be presented at the time of the return. In the absence of a receipt, we must be able to locate a valid account associated with the purchase in our system.

  • For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, we cannot accept returns based on taste preferences.

  • Flower products cannot be returned if more than 10% of the content has been used.

Process for Return

  • In-Person Return: To initiate a return, customers must bring the product to any Oasis Cannabis Co. retail location along with the original packaging and any acessories or complimentary items.

  • Verification: Our Staff will examine the item to confirm that it is defective or not up to our quality standards. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility for returns in cases where the defect is not immediately apparent.

  • Valid Receipt or Account Verification: Proof of Purchase is mandatory. If you cannot provide a receipt, our staff will attempt to verify the purchase through your customer account in our system.

  • Return Acceptance: If the return is accepted, our staff will process it accordingly.

Return Outcomes

  • EXCHANGE ONLY: All approved returns will be exchanged for an identical product or, if the product is unavailable, a product of equal value.

  • NON-REFUNDABLE: Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for any returns.

Exclusions


The Following are excluded from Returns

  • Products with less than 50% of their content Remaining (applicable to disposable and non-disposable vape products).

    • Edible products outside the 3-day return window.

    • Flower products where more than 10% has been used.

    • Any products returnd for reasons of taste preference.
